Drop–ins are welcome at all classes. Previous experience is necessary for intermediate / advanced
level classes.
All participants must sign a release waiver and must let the instructor know if
you have a special concern or injury.

Personal Pilates Training
Many clients prefer the personal attention they receive in one on one sessions.
These personal training sessions are geared to each individual and their needs
and goals. Many clients use these personal session in different ways: to
supplement their other workouts or Pilates group classes, as an occasional treat
to deepen their understanding of Pilates or to work on very specific issues or
rehab issues. We work with you!
