Yamuna Body Rolling consists of a series of movements using small balls of differing densities. The ball moves on muscles to stretch, dislodge tension, increase blood flow, and promote healing. By lying over the ball, you literally roll your body out—almost like dough. There are specific sequences that match the body's own logic & order. These routines will help release chronic tight areas to facilitate greater ease, range of motion and ultimately increases a muscle’s ability to be engaged optimally.
